Getting To Warsaw By Plane

Warsaw's main air hub is Chopin Airport (WAW) located 8 km (5 miles) from city center,
while most budget airlines land at Modlin Airport (WMI) just 40 km (25 miles) northwest of the city.

How To Get To The Center

TRAIN
​This is the best option to reach Warsaw City Centre (not the hotels and not the Conference Center) from the airport.
A rail link has been recently built to connect Warsaw Chopin Airport train station (built as part of Terminal A) to Warsaw city centre. Take Line S2 or S3.
The one-way fare is PLN 4.40 
(approximately 1 EURO)

BUS
Warsaw city center can be reached by bus lines 175 and 188 in the daytime and N32 at nighttime. 
Line 148 (runs every 20 minutes) goes straight to Conference Center and Hotels o3, Portos and Aramis (see map below) Your stop is called "MANGALIA". 
The one-way fare is PLN 4.40 
(approximately 1 EURO).  
The new bus and coach terminal at Warsaw airport is located at the arrivals level, in front of the south pier (Exit 1).

TAXI
Taxis are available at the airport. Make sure you use taxis from the legitimate taxi stands in front of the terminal and do not fall for the taxi barkers that pose as the cheaper option.

Fare from the airport to downtown Warsaw is approximately PLN 50
(approximately 11 EURO).

UBER / BOLT
The average rate for a Uber / Bolt ride to the centre of Warsaw is PLN 33 (approximately 7 EURO).

How To Get To The Center

TRAIN
You can take the shuttle bus to the nearest train station (Modlin) and board a train to the main Warsaw Central Train Station (Warszawa Centralna). The shuttle bus runs every 20 to 30 minutes, travel time between Modlin Airport and Modlin train station is 10 minutes. Warsaw-bound trains run approximately every hour and the journey takes 45-50 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the airport for about PLN 30 including the bus ride.

BUS - MODLIN BUS 
ModlinBus is the only carrier that offers direct bus connections from Warsaw Modlin Airport (WMI) to Warsaw city centre (Plac Defilad, opposite the entrance to the Palace of Culture and Science) - the transfer is very fast, it only takes 40 minutes! Buses travel on that line almost 50 times a day both ways, the timetable is adapted to departure and arrival schedule, and the tickets can be bought online from PLN 9. You can buy your ticket via the Internet, at the airport or directly in the bus. You can pay in cash, card or in foreign currency. This safe connection is operated by modern, comfortable and air-conditioned vehicles with professional staff and free access to wireless internet. 

TAXI
The average rate for a taxi ride to the centre of Warsaw is PLN 200, (approximately 50 EURO). On Sundays, public holidays and at night the rate will be higher.

UBER / BOLT
The average rate for a Uber ride to the centre of Warsaw is PLN 100, (approximately EUR 25).
